  4. A Statement of Good Faith:
    • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A Statement of Accuracy:
    • A statement that the information in your claim is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Signature:
    • A physical or electronic signature of the intellectual property owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Processing Your Claim

Upon receiving your claim, we will:

  1. Review the information provided to verify the validity of the claim.
  2. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  3. Notify the user who posted the material of the removal or disabling of access.

Counter-Notification Process

If the user believes that the material removed or disabled is not infringing, they may send us a counter-notification. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the material in question unless the intellectual property owner files a court action against the user.
