- A Statement of Good Faith:
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
- A Statement of Accuracy:
- A statement that the information in your claim is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Signature:
- A physical or electronic signature of the intellectual property owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Processing Your Claim
Upon receiving your claim, we will:
- Review the information provided to verify the validity of the claim.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted the material of the removal or disabling of access.
Counter-Notification Process
If the user believes that the material removed or disabled is not infringing, they may send us a counter-notification. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the material in question unless the intellectual property owner files a court action against the user.
